Howard A. Vex, Esq.
Howard Vex developed his labor and employment expertise at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Rutgers Law School, where he was named the Sydney Reitman Labor Law Scholar.
Mr. Vex has effectively served as Labor Relations Counsel for a wide array of organizations, from Fortune 500 Companies to small family owned businesses, and from municipalities, public libraries and school districts to their employee labor organizations. Integrity and excellence have always been the hallmarks of his legal practice. He also currently serves in a special “Of Counsel” capacity with Becker, LLC, a prominent national law firm, providing his unique expertise in all areas of labor and employment law.

Nancy Gage developed her focus in Employment Law and Litigation at Rutgers Law School, where she was honored as the top Employment Law graduate.

Ms. Gage has represented private and public sector employers, from Fortune 500 Corporations to small family businesses.
She has served as Legal Counsel to numerous municipalities and counties for over two decades and served eight years as Municipal Administrator and Chief Personnel Officer for two prominent North Jersey municipalities.
